Ingredients For Preparing Salmon Fish Curry

  • 4 – salmon fillets
  • 3 – tea spoon vinegar
  • 1/4 th of 1 whole garlic – garlic
  • 1 – onion, finely chopped
  • 2 – green chillies
  • 4 tsp – ginger paste
  • 4 – cardamom
  • 4 – elachi
  • 2 – tomatoes, finely chopped
  • cumin seeds
    turmeric

  • salt to taste

Method For Preparing Salmon Fish Curry

  1. Cut salmon fillets into medium pieces.
  2. Wash it thoroughly.
  3. Soak in vinegar for 15 minutes.
  4. In a pan heat oil and fry the fillets.
  5. In a seperate pan fry white cumin seeds.
  6. Add garlic, onion and green chillies.
  7. Add elaichi and cardamom.
  8. Add ginger paste, tomato.
  9. Add turmeric, cumin powder and salt.
  10. Let the masala get cooked.
  11. Add the fish and mix the masla well.
  12. Add a little water,cover the pan and let it get cooked.
  13. Let the water dry out, add raisins (optional).
  14. Serve with fried rice or steamed rice.
