Ingredients for Preparing Mutton Liver Kebabs

  • 500 g – liver
  • 1 tsp – dhania seeds
  • 2 inch piece – cinnamon
  • 6 – cloves
  • 1/2 pod – garlic
  • 1/2 inch – ginger
  • 1 tsp – pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup – curds

Method for Preparing Mutton Liver Kebabs

  1. Cut liver into pieces.
  2. Wash & drain.
  3. Grind to a fine paste dhania, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, ginger.
  4. Mix together curd, pepper & ground spices.
  5. Marinate liver into the mixture.
  6. Put liver on skewer and stand for 10 mts.
  7. Melt a little butter.
  8. Pour over liver & hold skewers over fire for 10 mts turning them occasionally.
