- Vegetable Stock – 1 Liter
- Cornflour – 50 Gms
- Coriander Leaves – 1 Cup
- Lemon juice made out of 4 lemons
- Chilli Sauce – 3 Tsp
- Ajinomoto – 1 Tsp
- Salt – As per the taste

- Water – 1 and 1/4 liter
- Carrot – 1 cup chopped
- Onions – 1 cup chopped
- Cinnamon – 1 Inch piece
- Black pepper – 1 Tsp
- Bay leaves – 2
- Coriander leaves – 1/2 Cup

Preparation of Vegetable Stock
You can prepare vegetable stock at home. Let’s see how to prepare vegetable stock at home.
- Take a bowl and add 1 and 1/4 liter water to it.
- Add chopped carrot pieces, chopped onions, Cinnamon, black pepper, bay leaves, and coriander leaves to it and heat on small flame for an hour.
Actual Preparation of Soup
- Wash coriander leaves thoroughly and grind them.
- Take the coriander paste in a separate plate.
- Take a small cup. Add cornflour and water to it and mix well. Keep this mixture aside.
- Take a bowl and add the prepared stock to it.
- Heat it on a medium flame until it starts boiling and add the cornflour mixture to it.
- Add Chilli sauce and Ajinomoto to it.
- Mix the solution well and boil it well.
- When the solution becomes thick, add salt to it and take it into a separate soup cup.
- Add lemon juice and ground coriander paste to the soup, just before taking it into the soup cup.
