<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Rich Chocolate Cake</h3>

<li>200 gms of chopped dark chocolate
<li>200gms of softened butter
<li>1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
<li>3 eggs
<li>1/2 cup milk
<li>1 cup of dark brown sugar
<li>1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
<li>2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

<h3>Method for Preparing Rich Chocolate Cake</h3>
<p><b>For Making Chocolate Icing</b><br />
Add chocolate and cream in a heatproof bowl.Next keep it over a pan of simmering water until it gets melted and set aside for 30 minutes for cooling or until thick enough to spread.</p>
<ol>
<li>Grease and line an 18cm-diameter spring-form cake pan, then grease baking paper base, dust with flour and shake pan to remove excess.
<li>Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Next keep it over a pan of simmering water until it gets melted and set aside for 10 minutes for cooling.
<li>Take a bowl and add cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
<li>Add the eggs to the solution and beat it.
<li>Now add the melted chocolate and beat the mixture until well combined.
<li>Sift flour and cocoa together. Fold half the flour mixture into butter mixture. Add half the milk. Stir gently to combine. Repeat with remaining flour mixture and milk. Spoon into prepared pan. Smooth surface. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
<li>Stand cake in pan for 15 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Spread icing over top and side. Top with chocolate curls, if using. Serve.

<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Red Velvet Cake</h3>
<ul>
<li>2-1/2 Cups cake flour
<li>1 Cup vegetable shortening
<li>1-1/2 Cups sugar
<li>2 Eggs
<li>1 tsp Cocoa powder
<li>2 Ounces red food coloring
<li>1 Cup buttermilk
<li>1 tsp Baking soda
<li>1 tsp Vinegar
<li>1 tsp Vanilla extract
<li>1 tsp Salt
<li>White frosting
</ul>
<p><b>For Making White Frosting:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>2 tbsp Flour
<li>1 Cup confectioners&#8217; sugar
<li>1 Cup milk
<li>1 Cup unsalted butter
<li>1 tsp Vanilla extract
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Red Velvet Cake</h3>
<ol>
<li>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
<li>In a bowl of a mixer, cream together the shortening, sugar and eggs.
<li>Take a separate bowl and combine together the cocoa and food coloring.
<li>Combine this paste with the shortening mixture.
<li>Sift flour and salt together over the parchment.
<li>Combine the shortening mixture to the flour batter alternately with the buttermilk in 3 additions.
<li>Add the vanilla extract to it and fold in the baking soda and vinegar.
<li>Transfer the batter into 2 greased 9 inch cake pans and bake for about 30 minutes till an inserted cake tester comes out clean.
<li>Let it cool on a cooling rack and reverse the cakes from the pans.
<li>For frosting, cook the flour and milk on medium flame, until thickened.
<li>Let it cool, meanwhile in the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together the butter, vanilla and sugar till light and fluffy.
<li>Combine it with the flour mixture, mix well.
<li>Frost the top of the first layer with frosting and place the second layer on the top.
<li>Frost the entire cake with rest of the frosting.

<h3>Method for Preparing Carrot Cake</h3>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9&#215;13 inch pan.
<li>In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil, white sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
<li>Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrots. Fold in pecans. Pour into prepared pan.
<li>Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

<li>100g &#8211; white butter (home-made)
<li>100g &#8211; drinking chocolate

<h3>Method For Preparing Black Forest Cake</h3>
<p><b>For the filling:</b><br />
Mix biscuit powder, jam, sugar and refined oil and warm it slightly.</p>
<p><b>For icing:</b><br />
Keep little plain butter aside. Beat the butter and icing sugar till soft. Add chocolate powder and mix well.</p>
<p><b>For Preparing Cake</b></p>
<ol>
<li>Sieve maida, powdered sugar and soda together at least three times.
<li>Add refined oil, curd and essence and mix it well.
<li>Beat it in one direction for 15 minute and keep this batter aside.
<li>Take a cake tin and grease it with butter.
<li>Put butter paper according to its size and dust with flour.
<li>Now put the batter in the cake tin and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 C/350 F for 45 minutes.
<li>After one hour of removing it from the oven, cut the cake horizontally through the centre.
<li>Take the first part and put the filling and keep the second part over it.
<li>Spread the icing mixture equally on all sides.
<li>Decorate it with plain butter.
<li>Makes cake of approx. 1&#038;1/2 pounds

<li>3 tbsp melted butter
<li>3/4 cup sugar
<li>1 cup hung curd
<li>1 cup cream
<li>1 tbsp gelatin
<li>4 tbsp water
<li>6-8 fresh strawberries &#8211; for garnishing

<h3>Methods For Preparing Strawberry Cheesecake</h3>
<ol>
<li>Grind the biscuits and mix in the melted butter with it.
<li>Line the base of the serving dish evenly and smoothly with the biscuit mixture. Put in the freezer to set.
<li>Puree the strawberries and sugar together in a mixie. Add the hung curd and cream, blend well to make a smooth mixture. Pour it into a bowl.
<li>Add 4 tbsp of water in the gelatin.
<li>Then pour the gelatin slowly into the strawberry mixture. Keep stirring continuously.
<li>Now pour the strawberry mixture onto the set biscuit base.
<li>Cover and put in the fridge to set overnight.
<li>Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve cold.
