<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Omelette</h3>
<ul>
<li>Eggs &#8211; 2
<li>Onions &#8211; 1 Medium sized
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 2
<li>Salt &#8211; As per the taste
<li>Cooking Oil &#8211; 2 1/2 Tbsp
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Omelette</h3>
<ol>
<li>Chop the onion and green chillies finely and keep aside.
<li>Take a bowl, and break the eggs into it. Add salt to it and beat the solution very well.
<li>Take a non-stick pan and spread  cooking oil on it.
<li>Heat it on a medium flame.
<li>Spread chopped onion pieces on the pan and fry them till they become slightly brown.
<li>Now spread the beaten eggs in a circular manner on the pan.
<li>Now sprinkle chopped green chillies on it.
<li>Leave it for cooking.
<li>Once one side gets cooked enough, carefully turn it and cook the other side.
<li>Once the second also gets cooked enough, take it into a plate.
<li>Your easy and simple omelette is ready to get served.

<h3>Ingredients Required for Making Egg Manchurian</h3>
<ul>
<li>Eggs &#8211; 4
<li>Onions &#8211; 4
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 5
<li>Ginger &#8211; Small piece
<li>Loose Garlic &#8211; 10
<li>Onion Stems &#8211; 100 gms
<li>Ajinomoto &#8211; 1/4 tsp
<li>Soya Sauce &#8211; 4 tsp
<li>Chilli Sauce &#8211; 3tsp
<li>Cooking Oil &#8211; 2 tbsp
<li>Coriander Leaves &#8211; Small cup
<li>Salt &#8211; As per the taste
</ul>
<h3>Method for Making Egg Manchurian</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a bowl, and crack the eggs into it.
<li>Add some part of finely chopped onions, green chillies, and salt to it and beat the mixture well.
<li>Now take another bowl and grease it with oil. Now pour the egg mixture into this bowl and cook it in a pressure cooker (until single whistle).
<li>Remove it from the cooker. It will be looking like a milk pudding.
<li>Cut it into pieces and keep aside.
<li>Take a pan and heat oil in it.
<li>Add chopped ginger, garlic, and remaining green chilli pieces and fry them.
<li>Next add Soya sauce, chilli sauce, and kept aside cooked egg pieces to it and mix well.
<li>Add little water to it.
<li>Add remaining onion pieces, coriander leaves, ajinomoto and salt to it and fry the mixture, till it becomes dry.
<li>Take it into a separate plate and your Egg Manchurian is ready.

<h3>Ingredients Required For Preparing Egg Masala</h3>
<ul>
<li>3 nos &#8211; egg
<li>1 big &#8211; onion
<li>5-6 &#8211; red chillies
<li>1 big &#8211; tomato
<li>1 &#8211; small bowl coriander leaves
<li>1/2 tsp &#8211; turmeric
<li>2 tsp &#8211; ginger garlic paste
<li>1 tsp &#8211; garam masala
</ul>
<h3>Method For Preparing Egg Masala</h3>
<ol>
<li>Heat oil and add chillies, half cut onion, tomato chopped, coriander and turmeric.
<li>Grind the mixture (once the fried ingredients cool down)
<li>Fry the remaining chopped onion
<li>Add ginger garlic paste, ground mixture, garam masala, salt to taste and bring it to boil.
<li>Add raw eggs into masala and keep it closed for 5-7 mins.
<li>Add coriander leaves for decoration.
<li>You can use cauliflower/potato instead of eggs.

<li>Take the pork and add ginger, garlic powder and salt to taste.
<li>Mix them properly.
<li>Cook this mixture until pork is cooked.
<li>Take a bowl and prepare a paste of flour and water.
<li>Mix shredded carrot and cabbage with the pork mixture.
<li>Lay out one egg roll wrapper.
<li>Put 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the prepared mixture on it.

<h3>Method For Preparing Fried Egg Bhurji</h3>
<ol>
<li>Beat eggs in a bowl; add salt and red chilli powder.
<li>Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
<li>Add the green chillies, ginger paste and onions.
<li>Heat it until onions turn golden brown.
<li>Then add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft.
<li>Add green peas and cook for another 3 minutes.
<li>Add beaten egg and mix well.
<li>Let the beaten eggs to set a little and then, turn it on the other side, breaking it into small pieces until cooked well.
<li>Splash garam masala powder.
<li>Garnish with chopped coriander/cilantro leaves.
