<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Chicken Reshmi Kabab</h3>
<ul>
<li>Boneless Chicken Pieces (Cubes) &#8211; 2 Cups
<li>Grated Ginger &#8211; 1 Tsp
<li>Garlic Paste &#8211; 1 Tsp
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 2 (Chopped into small pieces)
<li>Besan (Gram Flour) &#8211; 2 Tsp
<li>Coriander Leaves &#8211; Few
<li>Fresh Cream (Malai) &#8211; 1/2 Cup
<li>Cooking Oil &#8211; 1 Tsp
</ul>
<p><b>For Marination</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Red Chilli Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Pepper &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Dhania Powder (Coriander Seeds Powder) &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Jeera Powder (Cumin Seeds Powder) &#8211; 2 Tsp
<li>Lemon Juice &#8211; 2 Tsp
<li>Salt &#8211; As per Taste
<li>Food Color &#8211; Pinch
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Chicken Reshmi Kabab</h3>
<ol>
<li>Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly, and squeeze the water out them.
<li>Take a bowl and add these chicken pieces into it.
<li>Now add pepper, salt, dhania powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, lemon juice and food color to the bowl.
<li>Now mix well the whole mixture.
<li>Leave it aside for marinating for about 3 hours.
<li>Once marination time is completed, take a small bowl and add garlic paste, grated ginger, green chilli pieces, and besan into it.
<li>Mix them well and make it into a paste.
<li>Add this paste mixture to bowl containing marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
<li>Take a bowl and beat fresh cream thoroughly and add chicken pieces into it.
<li>Thread each chicken piece side by side to skewers.
<li>Grease these chicken pieces with cooking oil.
<li>If you are using Oven for preparation
<ul>
<li>Place these skewers in the oven and bake it for around 25 minutes on 200 degrees Centigrade.
  </ul>
<li>If you are using Grill for preparation
<ul>
<li>Place the skewers on the grill and cook them until the chicken is completely cooked. Make sure to rotate the skewers now and then, such that chicken gets cooked from all sides.
  </ul>
<li>After baking process is completed, remove them from the skewers and place them on a separate plate.
<li>If you want, garnish them with sliced onion pieces.
<li>Your yummy chicken reshmi kabab is ready. Serve them hot.

<li>Fresh Bamboo &#8211; 6 inches Section
<li>Wheat dough

<h3>Method for Preparing Bamboo Chicken</h3>
<ol>
<li>Clean the chicken pieces well and apply red chilli powder, dhania powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to them thoroughly.
<li>Keep the marinated pieces aside for an hour.
<li>Cut a fat bamboo stick section in such a way that, one side is closed and another side is open.
<li>Insert the marinated chicken pieces into the bamboo stick through the opening.
<li>Now close the opening with wheat dough.
<li>Prepare a camp fire made of wood or coal
<li>Insert this bamboo stick into the fire
<li>In between the turn the bamboo stick such that it gets burned from all sides
<li>As soon as the stuffed bamboo stick gets half burned, remove it from the fire. (make sure that the stuffed bamboo doesn&#8217;t get burnt completely because by this the chicken pieces will get over fried)
<li>Break it and remove the chicken pieces carefully into a separate plate.
<li>If you want, you can garnish it with coriander leaves, sliced onion and small tomato pieces.
<li>Your bamboo chicken is ready to get served as a snack or as a side dish.

<li>Groundnuts &#8211; 1/2 cup (Fried)
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 50gms
<li>Garlic &#8211; Ginger Paste &#8211; 2 Tbsp
<li>Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder &#8211; 1 Tsp
<li>Cloves &#8211; 4
<li>Cinnamon &#8211; 2 Medium Pieces
<li>Turmeric powder &#8211; As required
<li>Salt &#8211; As per taste
<li>Cooking Oil &#8211; 5 Tbsp
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Methi Chicken Recipe</h3>
<ol>
<li>Wash the chicken thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
<li>Remove the methi leaves from the stems and keep aside
<li>Grind onion pieces, and green chillies separately and keep these pastes aside.
<li>Take a pan and heat cooking oil in it.
<li>Add cinnamon and cloves and heat them.
<li>As soon as they start popping, add onion paste, and green chilli paste, to it and fry.
<li>Now add ginger &#8211; garlic paste and fry it for 2 minutes.
<li>As soon as the mixture turns into brown color, add chicken pieces, turmeric powder, and salt to it.
<li>Mix well and leave it for cooking.
<li>When the water in the chicken pieces gets dried up, and starts popping, add methi leaves to it and close the pan with a lid.
<li>Allow the mixture to cook for couple of minutes and add groundnut powder to it.
<li>After cooking for 5 minutes, add half glass water to it.
<li>Mix the mixture well and cook it under sim flame for another 5 minutes.
<li>Now switch off the stove and take it into bowl.
<li>Methi chicken is ready to get served.

<li>Water &#8211; 1 Cup
<li>Salt &#8211; 1/2 Teaspoon

<h3>Method for Preparing Lemon Chicken</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a bowl and smash the chicken stock cubes in it.
<li>Now add sugar, ginger-garlic paste, honey, salt, and lemon juice to the smashed chicken stock cubes.
<li>Now add the boneless chicken pieces to the mixture and mix well.
<li>Marinate it for half an hour.
<li>Take a frying pan and add cooking oil
<li>Heat for some time on medium flame.
<li>Now add just the marinated chicken pieces leaving the marinating solution in the bowl itself.
<li>Now cook the chicken pieces for sometime on low heat. (With mixing of the pieces now and then).
<li>Meanwhile add cornflour and water to the leftover marinating solution and mix well.
<li>Once the chicken pieces in the pan are cooked add the solution to it and mix.
<li>Now cook this mixture on high flame for another 5 minutes.
<li>Take it into a separate bowl and your Lemon Chicken is ready to get served.

<li>Chicken &#8211; 1 1/2 kg
<li>Onions &#8211; 1kg finely sliced
<li>Olive oil for frying &#8211; 1 1/2 cup
<li>Sumac powder &#8211; 150grams
<li>pepper &#8211; as per the taste
<li>Salt &#8211; as per the taste
</ol>
<h3>Method for Preparing Baked Chicken</h3>
<ul>
<li>Clean and cut the raw chicken in pieces and boil them until they are half cooked.
<li>Take them into a roasting pan and sprinkle sumac powder, pepper and salt on the pieces. Keep them aside.
<li>Take a pan and heat oil in it.
<li>Now add sliced onions to it and cook until onions become soft.
<li>Now take these cooked onions and spread them over the chicken pieces.
<li>Next bake these chicken pieces in a 400 degree F oven, until golden brown and juices run clear (Often it takes 30 &#8211; 45 minutes).
<li>Leave it for 10minutes for cooling and serve it with bread.

<li>6 small onions
<li>1 cup coconut chopped
<li>1 tsp black pepper corns
<li>6 &#8211; 8 pods garlic
<li>4 inch ginger
<li>1 tsp each cummin seed, jeera
<li>10 dried red chillies

<h3>Method for Preparing Chicken Chettinad</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take the ground ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces for about 20 minutes.
<li>Take a non-stick pan, add 5 tbsp oil and heat it.
