<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Aloo Tuk</h3>
<ul>
<li>Potatoes &#8211; 1/2Kg
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 4
<li>Pepper Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Amchur Powder &#8211; 1 Tsp
<li>Coriander Leaves &#8211; 1 Bunch
<li>Salt
<li>Cooking Oil

<h3>Method for Preparing Aloo Tuk</h3>
<ol>
<li>Wash the potatoes and peel off the skin.
<li>Cut them into slices (medium fat)
<li>Take frying pan and add cooking oil to it.
<li>Heat it on medium flame.
<li>Once the oil gets heated enough, add potato slices and fry them till then turn-up into golden brown color.
<li>Take them into a plate and leave them for cooling.
<li>Once these slices gets cold enough, take a slice in your palm, and flatten them by pressing it with another palm. Continue the process with each slice.
<li>Now again fry these potato slices again in the frying pan till they turn-up into red color.
<li>Take them into a plate and sprinkle pepper powder, finely chopped green chilli pieces, amchur powder, and coriander leaves.
<li>Your Aloo tuk are ready. Serve them hot.

<h3>Method for Preparing Palak Corn Recipe</h3>
<ol>
<li>Clean the chopped palak thoroughly.
<li>Add 3 teaspoons of corn flour to it and keep aside.
<li>Take a frying pan and add oil to heat. Heat it on medium flame.
<li>Now deep fry the chopped palak and take it into a separate bowl.
<li>Add teaspoon corn flour to corn and mix well.
<li>Now deep fry these corn also and take it into separate bowl.
<li>Now take a bowl and add these deep fried palak, corn and fried badam pieces.
<li>Heat it on sim flame. Add salt, red chilli powder, and water to it and mix well.
<li>Allow it for cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.

<ol>
<li>Peel the skin off the Bananas and slice them into the shape of chips
<li>Take a frying pan and heat the cooking oil in it
<li>Now fry these sliced banana pieces by dropping the pieces one by one
<li>Remove the fried banana pieces into a plate with steel skimmer.
<li>Once all the banana pieces are fried and taken into plate, fry them once again all together.
<li>Now remove these pieces from the oil and spread them on a bigger plate.
<li>Immediately pour red chilly powder, cumin seeds powder, and salt on the fried banana pieces and mix well.
<li>Once they get cooled, take them into a separate plate and serve them.

<li>Tamarind, Date and Jaggery chutney &#8211; 1/2 tsp
<li>Mustard Seeds &#8211; 1/4 tsp
<li>Red Chilli Powder &#8211; 1/4 tsp
<li>Turmeric Powder &#8211; Little
<li>Curry Leaves &#8211; Few
<li>Oil &#8211; 1 tsp
<li>Salt &#8211; As per taste
<li>Coriander Leaves &#8211; Few

<h3>Method for Preparing Murmura Chaat</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a wide pan and heat oil in it.
<li>Add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, hing, salt and curry leaves to oil and fry.
<li>Once mustard seeds starts crackle, add murmura to the mixture.
<li>Heat the mixture for few minutes.
<li>Take the mixture in a separate container and keep aside.
<li>Now add 1/2 tsp oil to the pan, and heat.
<li>Now add chopped onions and fry them till the raw smell goes off.
<li>Now add this fried onions, cucumber, tomato, capsicum, tamarind, date and jaggery chutney, and lime juice to the murmura mixture and stir well.
<li>Take the mixture in a plate and garnish it with coriander leaves.
<li>Your Murmura Chaat is ready to serve.

<h3>Ingredients required for Preparing Rava Dosa</h3>
<ul>
<li>Rawa (Sooji / Semolina) &#8211; 2 cups
<li>Rice Flour &#8211; 1 cup
<li>Butter Milk &#8211; 2 cups
<li>Onion &#8211; 1 finely chopped
<li>Green chilies -2 chopped
<li>Curry Leaves &#8211; 10 to 12 chopped
<li>Scraped Coconut &#8211; 1/4 Cup
<li>Cashew Nuts &#8211; 8 to 10
<li>Sodium-bi-carbonate &#8211; 1/4 Tbsp
<li>Salt as per the taste
<li>Oil &#8211; 4tbsp
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Rava Dosa</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a vassel and mix rava, rice flour, green chilies, chopped onion, curry leaves, sodium bi- carbonate, and salt in it.
<li>Now add buttermilk to the mixture and make a batter of medium consistency.
<li>Add finely chopped coconut and cashew nut to the batter.
<li>Leave the batter for an hour.
<li>Take a non-stick tawa and grease it. Pour a large spoon of batter over it. Spread the batter by swirling the griddle.
<li>Pour 1 tbsp of oil on and around the dosa.
<li>Cook till it gets crisp and golden in color.
<li>Now remove it from the tawa.
<li>Now your rava dosa is ready to serve.
<li>Eat it with coconut chutney and sambar.

It is a bit heavy recipe item, made with fresh onions. Onion dosa goes well with coconut chutney or sambar. It is rich in carbohydrates and proteins. <h3>Ingredients required for Preparing Onion Dosa</h3>
<ul>
<li>2 cups Rice
<li>1 cup Urad Dal (Black Gram)
<li>2 large Onions (chopped)
<li>5 Green Chillies (chopped)
<li>4 twigs Coriander Leaves (chopped)
<li>1 tbsp Cooking Oil
<li>cumin powder
<li>1/4tsp Jeera Powder
<li>Salt
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Onion Dosa</h3>
<ol>
<li>Soak urad dal and rice in cold water separately, preferably overnight.
<li>Grind the soaked dal and rice to make a smooth paste. Add salt to this paste and mix well until it becomes a batter of semi-liquid consistency. Allow it to ferment for at least 3 hours.
<li>In the meanwhile, mix the chopped onions, green chilies and coriander leaves with salt and cumin powder in a bowl. Keep it aside.
<li>Now heat a flat pan on high flame. Apply little oil to the heated pan and then carefully pour a tbsp of batter onto the pan and immediately spread it evenly in a circular shape.
<li>Add a little oil to it and spread about 2 tsp of the onions-chilli-coriander-cumin and salt mixture on the uncooked side and wait for a few seconds.
<li>Turn over the dosa and again apply some oil to cook the other side.
<li>Onion Dosa is ready to eat. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
