<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Coconut Ladoo</h3>
<ul>
<li>Fresh ground coconut &#8211; 1 Cup
<li>Desiccated coconut &#8211; 1/2 Cup
<li>Condensed milk &#8211; 400 Gms
<li>Semolina (Sooji) &#8211; 200 Gms
<li>Sugar powder (Ground sugar) &#8211; 200 Gms
<li>Badam
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Coconut Ladoo</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a bowl and fry semolina in it.
<li>Next add fresh ground coconut to it and fry it with continuous stirring for until the ground coconut dries up.
<li>Take the mixture into a separate bowl and leave it for cooling.
<li>Once the mixture gets cool, add condensed milk and sugar to it and mix well.
<li>Make small round shaped ladoos with this mixture.
<li>Take the Desiccated coconut and spread it on a plate.
<li>Now roll the prepared ladoos on the desiccated coconut and put a badam on each ladoo.
<li>Take these ladoos into a separate plate.
<li>Your yummy coconut ladoos are ready to get served

<h3>Ingredients Required to Prepare Coconut Burfi Recipe</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ground coconut &#8211; 200gms
<li>Milk &#8211; 1 and 1/2 Cup
<li>Khova &#8211; 200gms
<li>Sugar &#8211; 2 Cups
<li>Ghee &#8211; 1Tbsp
<li>Elaichi Powder &#8211; 1 Tsp
<li>Water &#8211; 2 Cups
<li>Chopped Baddam &#8211; 1 Tbsp
<li>Chopped Pista &#8211; 1 Tbsp
<li>Saffron &#8211; Little
</ul>
<h3>Method to Prepare Coconut Burfi Recipe</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a pan. Add 2 cups sugar and water to it.
<li>Heat it on a medium flame.
<li>Once the sugar syrup becomes slightly thicker switch off the stove and keep the pan aside.
<li>Take a pan and fry chopped baddam and pista pieces in it.
<li>Now add ground coconut to it and fry for 5 minutes.
<li>Next add Ghee to to it and mix well.
<li>Reduce the flame to low.
<li>Next add the khova to the mixture and fry.
<li>Next add milk to it and mix well.
<li>Add Elaichi powder and saffron to it and mix well.
<li>Now add the kept aside sugar syrup to the mixture and stir it continuously.
<li>Cook the mixture until it becomes thick.
<li>Switch off the stove and pour this mixture on a ghee greased plate.
<li>After the mixture gets cooled, put it in deep-freeze for 1 hour
<li>With this deep-freezing, the mixture becomes somewhat hard.
<li>Now cut it into pieces.
<li>Your Coconut burfi is ready to get served.

<li>Milk Powder &#8211; 1 Cup
<li>Sugar &#8211; 3/4 Cup
<li>Cocoa Powder &#8211; 1/4 Cup
<li>Butter &#8211; 50 grams
<li>Water &#8211; 1/2 Cup

<h3>Homemade Chocolate Recipe Method</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a bowl. Add sugar and water to it.
<li>Now heat the bowl on a medium flame and stir the mixture well until sugar syrup becomes slightly thicker (3 to 5minutes).
<li>Now turn off the flame and add milk powder, cocoa powder and butter to the mixture.
<li>You can even add some nuts to this mixture.(optional)
<li>Stir the mixture well.
<li>Pour this mixture this in chocolate moulds and deep-freeze them.
<li>After 10 to 15 minutes, take them out and remove the chocolate from the moulds into a separate plate.
<li>Your homemade chocolate is ready for serving.

<h3>Ingredients required for Preparing Doodh Peda</h3>

<li>ghee &#8211; 3 tbsp
<li>Milk -1/2 cup
<li>Sugar &#8211; 1/2 cup
<li>Water &#8211; 1/2 cup
<li>3 or 4 Crushed cardamom
<li>Finely slivered Almonds
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Doodh Peda</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a heavy bottomed vessel, and heat the milk in it on a medium flame till boiling point.
<li>Stir it continuously till it forms into khoya.
<li>Now add sugar to it and mix well.
<li>Lower the flame otherwise it tends to burn.
<li>Cook it until the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
<li>Now leave the mixture for cooling.
<li>Once it gets cool, add cardamom powder and mix it well.
<li>Grease a plate. Now take the mixture and make some ball.
<li>Flatten these balls slightly by pressing with a spoon.
<li>Keep them on a greased plate.
<li>Press piece of finely slivered almond on it for decoration.

<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Gulab Jamun</h3>
<ul>
<li>12 tbsp of milk powder
<li>3 tbsp of maida
<li>1/2 litre milk
<li>3 tbsps beaten curds
<li>2 tbsps melted ghee
<li>3 tbsps milk
<li>pinch of soda powder
<li>1 tbsp seeds of big black cardamoms
<li>1 tsp essence of rose
</ul>
<p><b>For Syrup</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3 cups Sugar
<li>3 cups Water
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Gulab Jamun</h3>
<ol>
<li>Boil the 1/2 liter milk on a slow flame, until it turns thick and leaves the sides of the pan.
<li>Now, mix all the above ingredients except cardamom seeds, sugar, and essence.
<li>Blend till the mixture turns very smooth, then make this mixture into round shaped balls.
<li>Next add 3 cups of sugar, cardamom seeds, and rose essence to 3 cups water and prepare a syrup of one third consistency.
<li>Remove from fire and keep it warm.
<li>Apply little ghee on the palms.
<li>Pour ghee in a pan and heat the prepared ball. Fry the balls in ghee on a low flame until they turn into golden brown color.
<li>Now put these fried balls in to the sugar syrup and keep it aside for sometime(say 3 to 4hrs), until it cools down.
<li>Now your Gulab jamuns are ready to serve.

<li>2 qrt Ricotta Cheese
<li>2 cups sugar ( or acc. to taste )
<li>1 qrt milk
<li>1 qrt half-n-half
<li>little saffron
<li>2 tbsp chopped pistachios ( green )
<li>1 tsp cardamom powder
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Rasmalai</h3>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven at 325F for 10 mins.
<li>Place the Ricotta cheese in a bowl lined with 4-5 paper towels. With more paper towels gently press out excess water.
<li>Place the cheese in a bowl and 1 cup of sugar and mix well.
<li>Put this mixture in a baking tray so that the layer is not thicker than 1 inch.
<li>Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 35 mins.
<li>In a sauce pan add milk and half-n-half and boil on a low flame for 15-20 mins.
<li>Add the remaining sugar saffron, pistachios and cardamom powder to it.
<li>Cut the baked cheese into 1&#8243;X 1&#8243; cubes and add these to the milk mixture.
<li>Put it in the freeze.
<li>Serve cold.
