<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Tomato Soup</h3>
<ul>
<li>Tomatoes &#8211; 4 Ripe
<li>Mint Leaves &#8211; Few
<li>Butter &#8211; 1 medium sized piece
<li>Pepper &#8211; 1/4 Tsp
<li>Bread &#8211; 1 Pieces
<li>Cooking Oil
<li>Water &#8211; Both normal and Ice cold
<li>Salt &#8211; As per taste
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Tomato Soup</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take the bread piece and cut it into small pieces.
<li>Take a pan and add cooking oil to it.
<li>Heat on a medium pan and fry the bread pieces until they turn into golden brown color.
<li>Take them into plate and keep them aside.
<li>Clean the tomatoes and take them into a bowl.
<li>Add water to the bowl and boil the tomatoes.
<li>Meanwhile take a bowl of ice cold water.
<li>After boiling the tomatoes for 2 to 3 minutes, transfer them directly into the the bowl containing ice cold water.
<li>Now peel off the skin of the tomatoes.
<li>Cut them into small pieces and keep aside.
<li>Take a pan and add water to it.
<li>Boil the water for a minute and add kept aside tomato pieces.
<li>Add mint leaves, pepper and salt to the mixture and boil it for another 5 to 6 minutes.
<li>Now switch off the stove and leave the mixture for cooling.
<li>Once it get cold enough, blend the whole mixture.
<li>Sieve the blended mixture with help of a strainer sifter into a large bowl.
<li>Take the soup into smaller bowls.
<li>Add kept aside fried bread pieces to it.
<li>Your tomato soup is ready to get served.

<h3>Method for Preparing Aloo Tuk</h3>
<ol>
<li>Wash the potatoes and peel off the skin.
<li>Cut them into slices (medium fat)
<li>Take frying pan and add cooking oil to it.
<li>Heat it on medium flame.
<li>Once the oil gets heated enough, add potato slices and fry them till then turn-up into golden brown color.
<li>Take them into a plate and leave them for cooling.
<li>Once these slices gets cold enough, take a slice in your palm, and flatten them by pressing it with another palm. Continue the process with each slice.
<li>Now again fry these potato slices again in the frying pan till they turn-up into red color.
<li>Take them into a plate and sprinkle pepper powder, finely chopped green chilli pieces, amchur powder, and coriander leaves.
<li>Your Aloo tuk are ready. Serve them hot.

<li>Coriander leaves &#8211; Few
<li>Red Chilli Powder &#8211; 50Gms
<li>Jeera powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Kasuri methi powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Turmeric Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Sugar &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Food Color (Red) &#8211; 2drops
<li>Salt &#8211; As per taste
<li>Water
<li>Cooking Oil &#8211; 1Tsp

<h3>Method for Preparing Kadai Paneer</h3>
<ol>
<li>Grind onion, cashew nuts, and tomato separately and take those pastes into separate plates
<li>Take a pan and heat oil in it.
<li>Now add paneer cubes to it and fry them.
<li>Take them into separate bowl and keep aside.
<li>Now add butter to pan and heat it.
<li>Add onion paste, cashew nut paste, and tomato paste to it and fry well.
<li>As soon as the mixture turns into brown color, add jeera powder, kasuri methi powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar, food color, salt, and some water to it and mix well.
<li>Once this mixture gets cooked enough, add kept aside fried paneer cubes to it.
<li>Mix them well and cook for some more time.
<li>Take it into separate bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
<li>Your kadai paneer is ready to get served.

<h3>Ingredients Required For Cooking Rice</h3>
<p><b>For Serving 2 People</b></p>

<li>4 Cups of Rice
<li>8 Cups of Water
</ul>
<h3>Method for Cooking Rice</h3>
<p><b>Using Pressure Cooker</b></p>
<ol>
<li>Take a bowl and add 4 cups of white rice.
<li>Clean the rice with water 2 to 3 times.
<li>After cleaning process is completed, add 8 cups of water to it (1:2 Ratio of Rice and Water). Leave it for 10 minutes.
<li>Add some water to pressure cooker such that the holes plate, which is given with the cooker gets fully merged in water.
<li>Now insert the rice bowl on the holes plate in the pressure cooker.
<li>Close the lid (remove the weight) of the pressure cooker and heat it on a medium flame until steam starts coming.
<li>Once the steam starts coming put the weight of the cooker and allow it for cooking.
<li>After 3 steams, switch off the stove and leave it for cooling( for about 10 minutes).
<li>Open the cooker lid and remove the bowl from the pressure cooker.
<li>Your white rice is ready to get served.
</ol>
<p><b>How to cook rice Using Electric Rice Cooker?</b></p>
<ol>
<li>If you are using a electric rice cooker, use the bowl that comes with the electric rice cooker.
<li>Clean the rice with water 2 to 3 times.
<li>After cleaning process is completed, add 8 cups of water to it (1:2 Ratio of Rice and Water). Leave it for 10 minutes.
<li>Put the bowl back into electric cooker and close the lid.
<li>Switch on the rice cooker and put it on cook.
<li>Leave it for cooking (Around 15 minutes).

<li>Cooking Oil &#8211; 4 Tbsp

<h3>Method for Preparing Paneer Bhurji Recipe</h3>
<ol>
<li>Cut paneer into small pieces.
<li>Take these paneer pieces into a bowl and milk to it.
<li>Crush and mix the pieces well, such that they become into one large piece. Now keep it aside.
<li>Take a pan. Add oil to it and heat on medium heat.
<li>Add chopped onion, ginger and green chilli pieces to the oil and fry them.
<li>Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder and salt to it and mix well.
<li>Now add kept aside paneer to it and mix well.
<li>Allow it for cooking for couple of minutes with continuous stirring.
<li>Just before turning off the flame add Chopped Coriander leaves to it.
<li>Take it into a separate plate and your Paneer Bhurji is ready to get served.
