<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Dry Fish Curry</h3>

<li>Dry Fish &#8211; 1 Cup
<li>Chopped Onions &#8211; 1 Cup
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 4
<li>Curry Leaves &#8211; few
<li>Tamarind &#8211; 1 Lemon sized
<li>Ginger Garlic Paste &#8211; 1 Tbsp
<li>Garam Masala &#8211; 1 Tbsp
<li>Turmeric &#8211; 1 Tsp
<li>Red Chilli Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tbsp
<li>Coriander leaves &#8211; 1 small bunch
<li>Salt &#8211; As per taste
<li>Cooking Oil &#8211; 4 Tbsp
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Dry Fish Curry Recipe</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a bowl and add 2 cups of water. He it on a medium flame until the water becomes Luke warm.
<li>Switch off the stove and add the dry fishes to it and leave it for 10 minutes.
<li>Remove the dry fishes from the bowl and clean them thoroughly. Take them into a separate plate and keep them aside.
<li>Take a bowl and add 2 cups of water. Add tamarind to it and leave it for marination for 3 to 4 minutes.
<li>Now press the tamarind and prepare tamarind solution from it by continuous pressing. Keep this solution aside.
<li>Take a pan and add cooking oil to it. Heat it on medium flame.
<li>Add chopped onions, sliced green chillies, and curry leaves to it and fry them till the onion pieces become golden brown in color.
<li>Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder to it and mix well.
<li>Next add the kept aside dry fishes and mix well.
<li>Cover the pan with lid and leave it for cooking for 5 minutes.
<li>Remove the lid and add red chilli powder and salt to it. Mix the complete mixture well.
<li>Now add the kept aside tamarind solution such that all the dry fishes are immersed in the solution. [Do not add tamarind along with the tamarind solution]
<li>Cover the pan with lid and leave it for cooking on medium flame for 10 minutes.
<li>Now add garam masala powder, and mix well.
<li>Cook it until most of the water gets evaporated.
<li>Just before switching off, add coriander leaves to it.
<li>Switch off the stove and take it into a separate bowl.
<li>Your dry fish curry recipe is ready to serve.

<h3>Ingredients Required for Preparing Badam Halwa</h3>
<ul>
<li>Badam &#8211; 200Gms
<li>Milk &#8211; 1/2 Cup
<li>Sugar &#8211; 1 Cup
<li>Elachi Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Kacha Karpoor (Borneo Camphor) &#8211; A Pinch
<li>Ghee &#8211; 1 Cup
<li>Cashew nuts (for garnishing)
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Badam Halwa</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a small bowl and add water into it.
<li>Add badam to it and leave it for soaking for 4 hours. Remember that all badams should be completely impressed into water.
<li>Meanwhile take a pan and add oil to it. Heat it on a medium flame and fry cashew nuts. Once they turn into golden brown color, take them into a separate plate and keep aside.
<li>After that take the badam from the bowl and peel off the skin of watch badam.
<li>Add these badam and 1/2 cup milk to grinder jar and grind them together.
<li>Take this ground mixture into a bowl and add suger to it. Mix them well.
<li>Take a pan (preferably 1 inch height pan) and add this ground badam mixture.
<li>Heat it on a medium flame with continuous stirring for 5 minutes.
<li>Now pour ghee, elachi powder, and kacha karpoor powder to it and heat it with continuous stirring.
<li>Take a small part of the mixture with a spoon and check whether it is sticking to your fingers or not.
<li>Turn off the flame, once the mixture does not sticks to your finger.
<li>Take the halwa mixture into a plate and leave it for cooling.
<li>If you want you can serve it like it itself, or else if you want to serve it as pieces, spread it on a plate and cut it into pieces with a ghee applied knife.
<li>Garnish it with kept aside fried cashew nuts.
<li>Your badam halwa is ready to get served.

<li>Grated Ginger &#8211; 1 Tsp
<li>Garlic Paste &#8211; 1 Tsp
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 2 (Chopped into small pieces)
<li>Besan (Gram Flour) &#8211; 2 Tsp
<li>Coriander Leaves &#8211; Few
<li>Fresh Cream (Malai) &#8211; 1/2 Cup
<li>Cooking Oil &#8211; 1 Tsp
</ul>
<p><b>For Marination</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Red Chilli Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Pepper &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Dhania Powder (Coriander Seeds Powder) &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Jeera Powder (Cumin Seeds Powder) &#8211; 2 Tsp
<li>Lemon Juice &#8211; 2 Tsp
<li>Salt &#8211; As per Taste
<li>Food Color &#8211; Pinch
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Chicken Reshmi Kabab</h3>
<ol>
<li>Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly, and squeeze the water out them.
<li>Take a bowl and add these chicken pieces into it.
<li>Now add pepper, salt, dhania powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, lemon juice and food color to the bowl.
<li>Now mix well the whole mixture.
<li>Leave it aside for marinating for about 3 hours.
<li>Once marination time is completed, take a small bowl and add garlic paste, grated ginger, green chilli pieces, and besan into it.
<li>Mix them well and make it into a paste.
<li>Add this paste mixture to bowl containing marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
<li>Take a bowl and beat fresh cream thoroughly and add chicken pieces into it.
<li>Thread each chicken piece side by side to skewers.
<li>Grease these chicken pieces with cooking oil.
<li>If you are using Oven for preparation
<ul>
<li>Place these skewers in the oven and bake it for around 25 minutes on 200 degrees Centigrade.
  </ul>
<li>If you are using Grill for preparation
<ul>
<li>Place the skewers on the grill and cook them until the chicken is completely cooked. Make sure to rotate the skewers now and then, such that chicken gets cooked from all sides.
  </ul>
<li>After baking process is completed, remove them from the skewers and place them on a separate plate.
<li>If you want, garnish them with sliced onion pieces.
<li>Your yummy chicken reshmi kabab is ready. Serve them hot.

<li>Mint Leaves &#8211; Few
<li>Butter &#8211; 1 medium sized piece
<li>Pepper &#8211; 1/4 Tsp
<li>Bread &#8211; 1 Pieces
<li>Cooking Oil
<li>Water &#8211; Both normal and Ice cold
<li>Salt &#8211; As per taste
</ul>
<h3>Method for Preparing Tomato Soup</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take the bread piece and cut it into small pieces.
<li>Take a pan and add cooking oil to it.
<li>Heat on a medium pan and fry the bread pieces until they turn into golden brown color.
<li>Take them into plate and keep them aside.
<li>Clean the tomatoes and take them into a bowl.
<li>Add water to the bowl and boil the tomatoes.
<li>Meanwhile take a bowl of ice cold water.
<li>After boiling the tomatoes for 2 to 3 minutes, transfer them directly into the the bowl containing ice cold water.
<li>Now peel off the skin of the tomatoes.
<li>Cut them into small pieces and keep aside.
<li>Take a pan and add water to it.
<li>Boil the water for a minute and add kept aside tomato pieces.
<li>Add mint leaves, pepper and salt to the mixture and boil it for another 5 to 6 minutes.
<li>Now switch off the stove and leave the mixture for cooling.
<li>Once it get cold enough, blend the whole mixture.
<li>Sieve the blended mixture with help of a strainer sifter into a large bowl.
<li>Take the soup into smaller bowls.
<li>Add kept aside fried bread pieces to it.
<li>Your tomato soup is ready to get served.

<li>Onions &#8211; 1 Medium sized
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 2
<li>Salt &#8211; As per the taste

<h3>Method for Preparing Omelette</h3>
<ol>
<li>Chop the onion and green chillies finely and keep aside.
<li>Take a bowl, and break the eggs into it. Add salt to it and beat the solution very well.
<li>Take a non-stick pan and spread  cooking oil on it.
<li>Heat it on a medium flame.
<li>Spread chopped onion pieces on the pan and fry them till they become slightly brown.
<li>Now spread the beaten eggs in a circular manner on the pan.
<li>Now sprinkle chopped green chillies on it.
<li>Leave it for cooking.
<li>Once one side gets cooked enough, carefully turn it and cook the other side.
<li>Once the second also gets cooked enough, take it into a plate.
<li>Your easy and simple omelette is ready to get served.

<li>Potatoes &#8211; 1/2Kg
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 4
<li>Pepper Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp
<li>Amchur Powder &#8211; 1 Tsp
<li>Coriander Leaves &#8211; 1 Bunch
<li>Salt
<li>Cooking Oil

<h3>Method for Preparing Aloo Tuk</h3>
<ol>
<li>Wash the potatoes and peel off the skin.
<li>Cut them into slices (medium fat)
<li>Take frying pan and add cooking oil to it.
<li>Heat it on medium flame.
<li>Once the oil gets heated enough, add potato slices and fry them till then turn-up into golden brown color.
<li>Take them into a plate and leave them for cooling.
<li>Once these slices gets cold enough, take a slice in your palm, and flatten them by pressing it with another palm. Continue the process with each slice.
<li>Now again fry these potato slices again in the frying pan till they turn-up into red color.
<li>Take them into a plate and sprinkle pepper powder, finely chopped green chilli pieces, amchur powder, and coriander leaves.
<li>Your Aloo tuk are ready. Serve them hot.
