<li>Beans &#8211; 100gms
<li>Onions &#8211; 50gms
<li>Green Chillies &#8211; 2 to 3
<li>Ginger &#8211; 20gms
<li>Garlic &#8211; 20gms
<li>Barley Powder &#8211; 50gms
<li>Capsicum &#8211; 100gms
<li>Lemon &#8211; 1 Tbsp
<li>Water &#8211; 6Cups
<li>Cooking Oil
<li>Pepper powder &#8211; As per the taste
<li>Salt &#8211; As per the taste

<h3>Method for Preparing Vegetable Broth Recipe</h3>
<ol>
<li>Cut all the vegetable into small pieces and keep aside separately. (Carrot, beans, onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic, and capsicum)
<li>Take a bowl add 2 Tsp cooking oil. Heat it on a medium flame.
<li>Add ginger pieces, and onion pieces and fry them slightly.
<li>Add the remaining vegetables (carrot, beans, garlic, green chillies, and capsicum) to it.
<li>After frying them for sometime, add water to it and boil.
<li>Add Black pepper powder to it and mix well.
<li>Add some more water, and barley powder, and salt to it. Mix them well.
<li>Next cook it on simmer till the mixture becomes slightly thick (starch like).
<li>Now add lemon juice to it and mix well.
<li>Switch off the stove, and take the soup into small cups.
<li>Your Vegetable broth is ready for serving. Serve it hot.
<li>If you wish, you can even more vegetable.

<h3>Method for Preparing Groundnut Chaat / Peanut Chaat Recipe</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take a pan, and add oil to it. Heat it on a medium flame, and fry groundnuts in it. Take these fried groundnuts into plate and keep aside.
<li>Now add some more oil to the same pan, and fry bhuna chana dal in the pan on medium flame. Take these fried bhuna chana dal into separate plate and keep aside.
<li>Now add some more oil to the same pan, and sweet corn in the pan on medium flame. Take these sweet corn into separate plate and keep aside.
<li>Now add some more oil, and add curry leaves, hing, sliced green chillies, turmeric powder, and flattened rice to it. Fry them on a medium flame.
<li>Now switch off the stove, and take this mixture into a bigger bowl.
<li>Now add fried, and kept aside groundnuts, bhuna chana dal, and sweetcorn to it and mix well.
<li>Now add red chilli powder, lemon juice, and salt to it and mix well.

<h3>Methods for Preparing Mango Chicken Curry</h3>
<ol>
<li>Clean the chicken thoroughly and cut into desired size pieces.
<li>Peel of the skin of the mangoes with the help of a peeler.
<li>Grate the two mangoes and take it into a plate.
<li>Chop the green chillies in fine pieces and take into a separate plate.
<li>Grind the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and poppy seeds together and take them into a separate plate.
<li>Take a kadai, and add cooking oil. Heat it on a medium flame.
<li>Add red chilli powder, and ginger-garlic paste to it and fry slightly.
<li>Now add the chicken pieces to it and fry them.
<li>Add grated mango to it and mix well.
<li>Add finely chopped green chilly pieces, and ground coriander, cumin seeds, and poppy seeds powder to it and mix well.
<li>Now add turmeric powder, and salt to it and mix well.
<li>Add some water to the mixture, and allow it for cooking (for about 15 minutes) on a simmer flame.

<li>Coriander Leaves &#8211; Small bunch

<h3>Method for Preparing Bhuna Gosht</h3>
<ol>
<li>Clean the mutton pieces thoroughly and keep it a pressure cooker.
<li>Take some water, and salt to it and cook the mutton under medium flame.
<li>Remove the cooked mutton alone from the pressure cooker leaving behind the water in a separate bowl and keep aside.
<li>Take a pan. Add some cooking oil in it and heat it on medium flame.
<li>Now add shahjeera, sliced onion pieces, and curry leaves to it and fry them till the onion slices turn into golden brown color.
<li>Now add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and turmeric powder to it and mix well.
<li>Now add red chilli powder, salt, and kept aside cooked mutton to it and mix well.
<li>After couple of minutes, add dry coconut powder, and coriander powder to it.
<li>Mix well, and leave it for sauteing.
<li>Once it is sauteing is done well, switch off the stove. Now add lemon juice to it  and mix well.
<li>Take it into a separate bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
<li>Your delicious Bhuna Gosht recipe is ready to get served

<li>Next add fried coriander mixture, and fried badam, cashew nuts and kismis to it the rice and mix well.
<li>Your Coriander rice is ready for serving. Serve it hot with raita.
